Speech Pathologist – Northern Territory

About the role

A client of Gorilla Jobs is recruiting a Speech Pathologist to work across the Northern Territory, including with First Nations communities and regional locations. The role sits in a growing multidisciplinary team based near Ludmilla, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care to children, adolescents and adults with communication, swallowing and complex support needs. It is a hybrid arrangement with a Darwin office base, community, clinic, home-based, telehealth and WFH options.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and support children, adolescents and adults with communication, swallowing and complex support needs
• Provide tailored intervention in clinic, home, school, community and telehealth settings
• Support AAC, mealtime management and multidisciplinary assessments such as FASD
• Work closely with families, carers and an allied health team to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Driver's licence and own vehicle

• Salary of $90,000 - $115,000 plus superannuation
• $12,000 travel allowance paid in instalments
