About the role
Join Early Start Australia’s allied health team at the Durack clinic, delivering speech pathology services to children, young people and families across Australia. You will work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with flexibility to grow your career.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement tailored therapy programs, and deliver services in clinic, home, school and community settings.
- Maintain case records, produce reports for stakeholders, and ensure compliance with privacy, NDIS and ESA standards.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals, run group therapy and parent workshops, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Align therapy plans with funding sources, manage documentation of incidents and support accurate invoicing.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in solution‑focused therapy and early intervention.
- Strong communication, organisational and report‑writing abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in the community and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
