Solution Architect – Channel and Alliances

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Channel Solution Architect to support its Alliance Managers and partner ecosystem across Australia. You will educate Solution Providers and Managed Service partners on the value of CrowdStrike’s AI‑native security platform and enable them to act as extensions of our internal sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Alliance Managers to drive mutual growth with partner solution providers and managed service partners.
• Build trusted relationships with partner technical and sales staff, delivering technical enablement, demos, deployments and ongoing education.
• Guide partners to achieve technical independence using partner portals, demo tools, NFR environments, and POC/POV processes.
• Consult on partner performance, accreditation, certification and joint opportunity identification.
• Participate in partner events, conferences and lunch‑and‑learn sessions, delivering demos and hands‑on workshops.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple engagements.
• Willingness to travel to partner locations as needed.

Required skills

• Endpoint security, cloud security architecture, incident response, computer forensics, SIEM, identity protection, zero‑trust, MDR/XDR, data protection.
• Experience with large‑scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with APIs and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Knowledge of AI technologies applied to security decision‑making.
