Join AWS CloudFront to design, build, and improve large‑scale systems that deliver video and other content from the edge to millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design new systems or enhance existing ones, owning technical direction from concept to production.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive initiatives to improve availability and performance across the organization.
• Participate in both coding and architectural design activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, source control, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Rust, C/C++, Java).
• Familiarity with technologies such as eBPF XDP, Kinesis, Lambda, DynamoDB, ElasticCache.
• Understanding of design patterns, reliability engineering, and scaling principles.
