About the role
Our client, a well‑established builder‑developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑rise apartment project in Brisbane.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
- Drive the construction programme and coordinate all site activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality and HSEQ compliance.
Required profile
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering high‑rise apartment or multi‑residential projects.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and effectively manage subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ and site compliance.
Required skills
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ and site compliance.
