About the role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a respected commercial construction business delivering high‑quality fit‑out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Lead premium commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects from commencement through to handover.
- Take ownership of site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, programme adherence and strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with an experienced team focused on quality, accountability and stakeholder coordination.
Required profile
- 10+ years’ experience as a No.1 Site Manager or above.
- Extensive commercial fit‑out and refurbishment experience, with strong corporate workplace project background.
- Proven capability in programming, subcontractor management, OH&S, quality and stakeholder coordination.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Procore.
- Proficiency with Aconex.
- Proficiency with Sign On Site.
- Proficiency with Breadcrumb.
