Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced injury‑management professional to join our Sydney team and help clients return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial needs assessments and gather detailed injury histories.
• Perform worksite assessments, job‑task analysis, ergonomic assessments and ADL screenings to develop short‑ and long‑term rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health practitioners through case conferences.
• Design and facilitate progressive return‑to‑work plans tailored to each client.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role or at least 2 years clinical experience.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Occupational Therapy expertise.
• Ergonomic and worksite assessment techniques.
• Job‑task analysis and ADL screening.
• Familiarity with virtual‑reality rehabilitation tools.
