About the role
The Senior Manager – Operations leads fulfillment and logistics operations, overseeing inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across various facility types. This role combines people leadership with strategic business development.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and develop business and operational areas, policies, and practices.
- Implement business plans and adapt departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Lead teams of frontline workers, admins and less experienced professionals, handling performance and results.
Required profile
- In‑depth functional knowledge and experience, able to solve common business issues independently.
- Ability to apply subject‑matter expertise with minimal guidance, seeking advice on complex topics.
- Understanding of overall business interdependencies across functions.
Required skills
- People management including hiring, coaching, performance appraisal and pay reviews.
- Strategic planning with short‑ and long‑term horizons.
