About the role
The Senior Facilities Coordinator will support the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the ILM Sydney studio. This position requires strong organisational abilities and experience with workplace health and safety in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a proactive maintenance program for the studio and handle all maintenance requests.
- Oversee external contractors, tender contracts, and review agreements.
- Assist with day‑to‑day WHS requirements, including First Aid and fire warden duties.
- Support planned upgrades, space utilisation, department moves, and seating plans.
- Coordinate internal social events, screenings, and studio aesthetics.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar facilities coordination role.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.
- Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with excellent communication.
- Ability to manage time effectively and reprioritise tasks.
Required skills
- Proficient with Google Suite.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
