Senior Consultant / Manager, Digital Advisory

About the role

BDO is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join its Advisory Consulting and Digital team. The role involves supporting complex transformation and strategy engagements for clients in the justice and not‑for‑profit sectors, guiding them from design through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of client engagements across strategy, transformation and operating model initiatives.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables such as reports, proposals and client presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to project planning, delivery and coordination using structured or Agile approaches.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and organisational uplift.
• Assist with business development activities, including proposal development and client insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid‑tier preferred).
• Experience delivering transformation, strategy or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to produce structured outputs such as reports, proposals and presentations.
• Proactive, hands‑on problem‑solver with strong communication skills.
• Positive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn.
