About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Banking Consultant to join its Maryborough branch. The role focuses on delivering a seamless banking experience, addressing customers’ financial needs, and promoting ANZ’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to increase satisfaction and advocacy, delivering end‑to‑end financial solutions.
• Support bank programs and initiatives, contributing to branch performance.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate transaction services and product recommendations within accreditation level.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or banking experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
• Sound understanding of compliance and risk considerations.
