About the role
Grant Thornton Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Sydney Audit Practice. You will lead independent statutory audits for a variety of entities, using the firm’s proprietary methodology and latest technology to deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Drive independent statutory audits of public listed, unlisted, not‑for‑profit and government entities.
- Create complete and accurate audit work papers and identify client financial risks.
- Examine financial statements for compliance with statutory requirements and investigate technical issues.
Required profile
- Experience in an Audit & Assurance environment with strong knowledge of IFRS.
- CA/CPA full qualification or equivalent overseas qualification.
- Exceptional client relationship, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.

What we offer
- Salary range $90,000–$108,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation.
