Sales Support

About the role

An established Australian and New Zealand business in the consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Sales Support person in Sydney. The role goes beyond a typical sales coordinator position: you will keep sales operations running smoothly while helping the team adopt smarter ways of working with AI and technology, working closely with the National Business Manager ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales administration, including customer pricing, invoices, claims, rebates and promotional submissions.
• Coordinate sales budgets, merchandising activities and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Analyse sales, customer and promotional data to identify trends and support forecasting and range reviews.
• Prepare reports, presentations and customer communications to support commercial decisions.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to streamline reporting, improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Identify process improvements and help the wider team make better use of technology.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or a similar commercial role.
• Organised, commercially minded and curious, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement and supporting others.

Required skills

• Medium to advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and interest in applying AI tools such as Copilot.
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI or workflow automation tools is highly regarded.
