About the role
Lawpath is seeking a Sales Consultant with a tax and accounting focus to convert warm, pre‑qualified leads into long‑term advisory clients. This phone‑based, consultative position works within a hybrid model, allowing you to engage small business owners across Sydney and remotely while delivering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads generated by the Business Development team.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate tax and advisory services.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Services Team Leader and broader sales team to continuously improve processes.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (CA or CPA) looking to transition from pure compliance work.
- Strong client‑facing experience with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
- Commercially minded and motivated by measurable revenue outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
