Sales Consultant – Sydney CBD (Full Training Provided)

About the role

Freedom Property Investors, Australia's largest property investment advisory group, is hiring a full-time, in-office Sales Consultant in the Sydney CBD. You will speak with warm, marketing-generated leads who have downloaded eBooks or registered for a Masterclass, building trust quickly and driving booked Discovery Sessions with the senior team. No property experience is needed; full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)
• Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with the senior team
• Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs
• Apply feedback fast, execute consistently and show up professionally

Required profile

• Views sales as a skill, not a script, and wants to win
• Takes feedback well and commits to full-time work in the Sydney CBD office
• No property experience required
• Not suitable for those who avoid feedback, need micromanagement, seek comfort or cannot commit to the full-time office role

What we offer

• $60K-$80K base salary depending on experience, with an OTE of $120K-$160K and uncapped commissions
• Full-time, in-office Monday to Friday
• Daily elite training, coaching and feedback
• Career pathway into Specialist or Leadership roles within 12-24 months
