Rope Access Supervisor - Pilbara Mining

About the role

SRG Global is looking for experienced Rope Access Site Supervisors to deliver shutdown and maintenance works for tier 1 mining clients in the Pilbara region. The role involves supervising Rope Access and multi-trade crews on fixed plant maintenance, shutdown and upgrade projects, with long-term FIFO work from Perth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Rope Access and multi-trade crews delivering fixed plant maintenance, shutdown and upgrade works
• Oversee the safe execution of allocated work scopes, including team coordination and safety leadership
• Ensure compliance with IRATA and site requirements

Required profile

• IRATA qualification (Level 3 preferred)
• Mechanical trade background (preferred)
• Previous Rope Access supervisory experience
• Mining industry experience
• Construction White Card and Schedule 26 (Appointed Persons)
• Current driver's licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• A qualification in Management (e.g. Frontline Management) is highly regarded

Required skills

• Strong computer systems skills and knowledge
• Knowledge of IRATA standards
