Retail Display Support - Bunbury, Australind, Eaton

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a casual retail display support person for its Cadbury brand, covering stores in the Bunbury, Australind and Eaton areas. The role is casual with no fixed hours, averaging about 25 hours per week, with Tuesday to Friday availability preferred and extra hours available during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively.
• Build product displays in line with company standards and in the pre-agreed locations.
• Use impactful point-of-sale displays to generate shopper interest.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf for shoppers to buy.
• Look for additional ways to help shoppers enjoy the products.

Required profile

• Own vehicle covered by car insurance and a valid driver's licence.
• Availability during school hours and close to home.
• Interest in sales, merchandising and customer service.
