Restaurant Manager - In Room Dining

About the role

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead its award-winning In-Room Dining team at Crown Towers Melbourne. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the role leads the overall performance of a high-volume room service operation, guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence (Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care). It suits a hospitality leader wanting to grow within one of Australia's leading luxury hotel environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring and developing leaders and frontline staff
• Ensure outlet readiness, grooming standards and compliance with Crown policies and procedures
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, labour management, cost control and revenue optimisation
• Uphold Crown's service standards and values in all guest interactions
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning and succession development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and responsible service obligations
• Collaborate with hotel stakeholders to improve the guest experience

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale F&B operations in a luxury hotel
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Passion for hospitality and strong commercial acumen with budget, labour and operational management experience
• Organised, detail-oriented and adaptable in high-pressure situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
