About the role
This full‑time position supports a busy legal team in The Gap and Samford Village. It is ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys interacting with clients, learning new systems and contributing to a positive office culture.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage firm email accounts.
- Provide warm, professional telephone reception and client service.
- Open and close client files accurately in the database.
- Assist the team with invoicing and client updates.
- Complete dictations promptly and accurately.
- Provide general administrative support to legal staff.
- Maintain compliance with Trust Account systems and statutory requirements.
- Perform day‑to‑day office administration and client interaction.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to support colleagues and a good sense of humour.
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
