Process Worker – Flexible Hours

About the role

The Process Worker role is based at our Chelsea Heights site in Melbourne’s south‑east, producing a range of milk‑based beverages and cream products. The position offers flexible full‑time, part‑time or job‑share arrangements, typically Monday to Friday, 5 am to 1 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot blow moulding equipment to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Ensure finished products comply with quality, food safety and customer standards.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Record production data, downtime, quality checks and material usage accurately.

• Ability to stay organised, adaptable and focused in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
