Partnership Development Officer – Church & Organisational Partnerships

About the role

The Partnership Development Officer – Church & Organisational Partnerships will work closely with the Advancement Director to build and nurture long‑term relationships with churches, ministries, Christian organisations, foundations and aligned networks across Australia. The role focuses on communicating how investment in Alphacrucis supports leadership formation, scholarships, ministry training, research and broader Kingdom impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of church and organisational partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with senior Christian leaders, pastors, denominational heads and business decision‑makers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and strategic conversations to move prospects from initial engagement to long‑term partnership.
• Expand Alphacrucis’ national church partnership network and strengthen ties with Pentecostal and broader Christian networks.
• Prepare partnership proposals, briefing documents and impact reports for Christian organisations, ministries, schools, foundations and trusts.
• Maintain a disciplined partnership pipeline in Salesforce, tracking relationship stages, proposals and stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with institutional priorities and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship‑building and partnership development, preferably within faith‑based or non‑profit contexts.
• Strong understanding of Christian ministry environments and the ability to articulate the impact of strategic investments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with a strategic mindset.
