Outbound Appointment Setter – Staffing Services

About the role

This remote position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities for staffing and workforce solution services. You will work independently while receiving guidance, resources, and ongoing support from the partner company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in target industries such as construction, manufacturing, and warehousing.
• Introduce staffing and workforce solutions, qualify prospects, and identify hiring needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and provide accurate follow‑up information.
• Maintain consistent outreach activity to expand the sales pipeline.
• Update Salesforce CRM after each interaction, documenting conversations, outcomes, and next steps.
• Follow provided sales scripts, adapt conversations naturally, and handle basic objections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persistence, relationship‑building mindset, and results‑driven approach.
