Occupational Therapist – Paediatric Services

About the role

Early Start Australia is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join its Deakin clinic. You will work directly with children and families, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for everyday activities. The role involves delivering evidence‑based assessments and interventions across a varied paediatric caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and provide tailored intervention services.
• Develop individualised therapy plans and set measurable goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech pathologists and psychologists.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
