Marketing Executive – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to lead integrated campaigns for our premium food, retail and hospitality brands. This hands‑on role will coordinate product launches and day‑to‑day marketing activities across retail, ecommerce, hospitality and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate campaign activities across retail, ecommerce, social media, email and hospitality channels.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, track key dates, dependencies and deliverables.
• Manage timelines, approvals, asset distribution and internal communications to ensure on‑time launches.
• Protect brand positioning, tone of voice and visual standards for each brand.
• Work closely with the Group Graphic Designer on campaign collateral.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and mentorship to the Social Media Specialist.
• Support events, partnerships, activations and business launches.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Commercially focused and able to deliver campaigns accurately and consistently.
• Hands‑on execution mindset with attention to detail.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent role based in our Sydney office (onsite only).
• Salary range $80,000 – $90,000 AUD per year.
