About the role
Our client, an award‑winning Australian MSP, is expanding its Melbourne team. They are looking for an experienced L2 Service Desk Engineer to provide remote and onsite support for SMB clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver L1 and L2 support remotely and on‑site for managed service clients.
- Resolve technical issues across client IT environments, including problem management and root‑cause analysis.
- Meet assigned SLAs in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a help‑desk role, preferably within an MSP.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Active Directory (on‑prem and Azure)
- Windows Server, Azure, Exchange
- Microsoft 365 and Windows desktops
- Firewalls, switches, LAN/WAN networking
- MS Office Suite and printing technologies
What we offer
- Salary package $75,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation.
- Flexible remote working with a mix of work‑from‑home and on‑site client visits.
