International Inside Sales Representative – ANZ

About the role

The International Inside Sales Representative will support the International Sales team by managing inbound client inquiries, capturing requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. This remote‑friendly position reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for international clients, organizing technical and programmatic requirements.
• Respond to urgent client requests and ensure timely coordination across sales, engineering, operations, and legal teams.
• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals, manage CRM updates, and track opportunity progress.
• Review solicitations and RFIs to support early‑stage qualification and capture planning.
• Maintain working knowledge of Silvus products to aid internal alignment and customer communication.
• Prepare presentation materials, organize web‑based client discussions, and contribute to a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate regularly with cross‑functional teams via virtual meetings.
• Occasionally travel (5–10%) to trade events, customer meetings, or Silvus headquarters in Los Angeles.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Sales experience in a technology‑related industry.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication.
• Successful clearance of a background check.
