Home & Investment Lending Executive – Northwest Sydney

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Northwest Sydney branch network. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan and investment‑property financing process, helping them achieve their property goals while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Northwest Sydney region.
• Coach clients through the end‑to‑end home loan journey, from application to settlement.
• Identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities for investment property financing.
• Meet or exceed lending targets set by the branch and the broader ANZ growth strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and improve turnaround times.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the local property market and home‑loan products.
