Home & Investment Lending Executive (Monash, VIC)

About the role

As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Executive you will use your knowledge of the local market to build strong relationships with customers, coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional experience. The role requires you to self‑source business, develop your own lending capability and benefit from specialised coaching and training.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through home and investment loan processes.
• Self‑source new business and develop a personal pipeline of mortgage and investment loan opportunities.
• Leverage digital solutions to provide tailored advice and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Proven track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to use technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
