Graphic Designer – Creative Design for Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for our digital, print, campaign and internal communication needs. You will work closely with the Graphics and Motion Lead and the wider marketing team to bring brand‑aligned concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphic design assets across digital, print, campaigns and internal communications.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into clear, engaging visual outcomes.
• Apply and maintain brand standards consistently across all outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative colleagues to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Amend and refine designs based on feedback to ensure smooth approval.
• Manage your own workload to support timely delivery of projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering graphic design projects from brief to final execution.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, with some exposure to motion or basic video content.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity.
