About the role

Join Aurecon's Bridges & Civil Structures team in Sydney as a Graduate Structural Engineer. You will work on live client projects, gaining real responsibility while developing your technical and consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Apply your technical knowledge and problem‑solving abilities on live client projects.
• Collaborate with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design.
• Learn from technical experts and mentors through hands‑on guidance.
• Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership.
• Engage with Limelight, Aurecon’s early‑careers network.

Required profile

• A relevant Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related double degree (completed or nearing completion), with a clear interest in structural engineering.
• Graduated and available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Curiosity and a desire to solve real‑world problems, plus motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability.
