GP Referral Partnership Manager - Tele-Psychiatry

About the role

A digital health platform delivering tele-psychiatry services across Australia is looking for an experienced, commercial and target-driven GP & Referral Partnerships Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-visibility hybrid role combining head-office strategy with hands-on field engagement. You will own the referrer marketing strategy and budget and build referral pathways with independent GP practices, corporate medical groups and healthcare networks.

Key responsibilities

• Drive measurable growth in GP and clinical referrals against agreed commercial targets
• Build relationships with corporate GP group head offices, medical directors and practice networks
• Visit practices, hold virtual meetings and run clinical detailing sessions to educate GPs and practice managers
• Develop, manage and optimise the referrer marketing strategy and budget based on ROI and conversion data
• Represent the business at national medical conferences, clinical workshops and expos
• Partner with clinical leadership and marketing on compliant referrer content and clinical communication tools
• Maintain CRM pipelines, track conversion metrics and report regularly to the CEO

Required profile

• 5-10 years of business development, strategic partnerships or commercial growth experience in Australian healthcare or life sciences
• Deep knowledge of how Australian general practice operates, including independent clinics and corporate GP groups
• Proven track record of exceeding BD targets, managing marketing/BD budgets and negotiating at head-office level
• Established network across corporate GP groups, general practice networks or mental health clinical communities is highly desirable
• Valid Australian driver's licence and flexibility for local field visits and occasional interstate travel
