Full Stack Engineer, Web & Martech

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own its marketing website and the tracking/attribution systems behind it. You will shape architecture, build high‑quality UI, and ensure reliable data flows across multiple locales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop polished UI components, forms, landing pages and content tools on a multi‑locale headless site using Next.js, Vercel and Storyblok.
• Own technical SEO, site architecture, metadata, structured data, sitemaps, hreflang and redirects for every locale.
• Implement caching and rendering strategies (ISR, edge, CDN) to keep pages fast worldwide.
• Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking and attribution across web and ad platforms.
• Build Node.js APIs and webhooks linking forms to automation tools, CRM, Supabase and Snowflake.
• Run automated tests and monitoring to catch broken forms, tracking gaps or lost leads.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial full‑stack experience with strong front‑end and back‑end skills.
• Excellent eye for UI, turning designs into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Experience deploying on Vercel, including caching, ISR and edge middleware.
• Comfortable working async across time zones, based in New Zealand or Australia with full working rights.
