French Teacher – Full‑time 12‑month Leave Replacement

About the role

St Kevin’s College is seeking a passionate French Teacher to join its Language Faculty on a full‑time, 12‑month leave‑replacement contract starting in Term 3. The successful candidate will inspire students across Early Learning Centre to Year 12 to develop a love for the French language and its culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging French lessons for secondary students.
• Integrate cultural awareness and contemporary resources into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the Language Faculty to maintain high academic standards.
• Participate in school-wide activities, including sporting and cultural events.
• Uphold the college’s child‑safe policies and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching French to secondary students.
• Right to work in Australia and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Commitment to the college’s values of compassion, integrity, and holistic education.
• Willingness to engage with the school community and uphold child‑protection standards.
