About the role

Join IQVIA's Translation Services team as a freelance translator specializing in English‑to‑Portuguese (Brazil) for life‑science content. Work remotely with a global leader to deliver high‑quality translations for clinical trial documents and other scientific materials.

Key responsibilities

Translate, review and edit English source texts into Brazilian Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and compliance with life‑science terminology.
Meet tight project deadlines while maintaining independence and high standards of quality.

Required profile

Native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English.
At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing and editing life‑science content, clearly outlined in your CV.
University degree in translation or linguistics with ≥2 years experience, OR no degree with ≥5 years experience.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

Proficiency with translation management systems.
Experience using CAT (Computer‑Assisted Translation) tools.
