Finance Analyst

About the role

Join Stryker’s Medical Asia Pacific Finance team and act as a trusted finance partner, combining financial expertise with business intelligence to influence strategic decisions. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape performance across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end forecasting, projection and annual budgeting for the Medical APAC division.
• Own monthly profit and loss reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze sales, margin and operating performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Present monthly financial results, forecasts and insights to regional leadership teams.
• Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate business decisions, investments and sales initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue growth, profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate activities across accounting, compliance, taxation and risk management to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
• Deliver continuous‑improvement projects that enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance or management accounting.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reports and financial analyses.
• Experience analyzing profit and loss statements and translating data into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
