Finance Analyst – APAC Medical Division

About the role

Join Stryker’s Medical Asia Pacific Finance team as a Finance Analyst. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, drive planning processes, and support decisions that improve growth, profitability, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end forecasting, projection and annual budgeting for the Medical APAC division.
• Own monthly profit and loss reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze sales, margin and operating performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Present financial results, forecasts and insights to regional leadership teams.
• Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate business decisions through financial analysis and performance modelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance or management accounting.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reports and financial analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
