Family Law Associate or Senior Associate

About the role

A national Australian law firm, ranked among the top 25 by Lawyers Weekly, is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate for its Family Law team. The team handles complex family law matters and offers hands-on experience alongside a partner with over 30 years' experience, supported by a team of Special Counsels, Associates, lawyers and paralegals.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of divorce and separation matters
• Handle complex property disputes
• Manage child support and parenting arrangements
• Work on mediation and dispute resolution

Required profile

• Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3+ years' post-qualification experience
• Solid grounding in Family Law
• Compassionate, commercially astute and solution-oriented
• Comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating with others
