About the role
Globus Medical is seeking a motivated Distribution Coordinator to join its close‑knit loanset/operations team in Seven Hills, NSW. This permanent full‑time position involves picking and packing surgical kits and handling various warehouse duties while supporting local sales and hospital staff.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and return of loan sets across NSW and satellite offices in ANZ.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing loan sets against checklists.
- Liaise with sales representatives and hospital CSSD staff regarding deliveries and returns.
- Replenish consignment supplies to appropriate locations and record all stock usage via the IT portal.
- Maintain shelf inventory, perform regular stock takes, and keep surgeon preference cards up to date.
- Identify and implement workflow and process improvements within the warehouse.
Required profile
- Ability to work unsupervised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, deadline‑driven attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
