Customer Success Manager – Perth

About the role

The Customer Success Manager oversees a portfolio of accounts, ensuring an amazing customer experience measured by NPS, revenue retention, and product adoption. You will be the key contact for Diligent products, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, running operational and business review meetings.
• Own the commercial and contractual renewal process and drive revenue retention.
• Identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with Sales, and pass qualified leads.
• Coordinate seamless customer experiences across implementation, IT, and support teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally across sales, services, marketing, finance, and operations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and retain strong client relationships.
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate customers, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with multiple stakeholder management.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and resilience.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience with sales CRM applications).
