Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role
MoneyMe is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its call centre team. You will be the first point of contact for external partners such as finance brokers and automotive dealers, handling inquiries about credit policies, application status and general support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, messages and emails from brokers and dealers.
- Provide clear information on credit policy and the status of client applications.
- Liaise between partner representatives and the credit/underwriting team to facilitate loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Contribute to improving broker and dealer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks to completion.
