About the role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can turn a simple phone call into a life‑changing conversation. You will be the first voice families hear, helping them discover what truly matters to them and guiding them through the booking process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct warm, meaningful phone conversations with prospective clients.
- Identify and articulate the value of our experience to families.
- Assist clients in booking sessions and support them throughout their journey.
- Collaborate closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in phone‑based client relations, sales, hospitality, or care.
- Genuine passion for helping people and building trust.
- Ability to go the extra mile because you care, not because you have to.
- Strong empathy and a natural talent for making others feel heard.
