About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Customer Development Representative to join its Sydney team. The role focuses on generating new revenue by selling Microsoft solutions and SaaS offerings to existing partners and new prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and close new revenue opportunities within an assigned partner base.
  • Manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of partners.
  • Drive cross‑sell, upsell and attach opportunities, especially across Microsoft solutions.
  • Support partners with quoting, renewals, promotions and day‑to‑day sales execution.
  • Act as the primary contact for Microsoft licensing enquiries, renewals and CSP growth motions.
  • Collaborate with vendor teams and internal specialists to accelerate deals and maximise outcomes.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a customer‑first approach.
  • Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Motivation to learn, grow and build a long‑term career in technology sales.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft solutions and licensing.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models.
