About the role
Join Qantas Loyalty’s high‑performing team to lead the Qantas Health Insurance portfolio. You will work in a fast‑growing, collaborative environment at our Mascot Campus, driving product and service innovation for millions of Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members.
Key responsibilities
- Own the health insurance portfolio with a focus on partnership management and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Drive acquisition and retention initiatives while managing day‑to‑day partnership performance.
- Influence senior stakeholders, identify commercial value opportunities, and deliver sustained performance.
- Scope, structure, and lead commercial negotiations to ensure agreements align with business priorities and deliver long‑term value.
- Shape portfolio strategies and support growth initiatives across the loyalty ecosystem.
Required profile
- 8+ years experience in general insurance, loyalty, white‑label partnership or health insurance.
- Proven track record managing commercial partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence pricing, product and performance strategy.
- Analytical and problem‑solving capability, translating insights into action.
- Experience developing and implementing business initiatives end‑to‑end.
- Proactive, outcomes‑focused approach in a lean, fast‑paced team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
