About the role
Ingram Micro is seeking a Customer Development Representative to join its Sydney team. The role focuses on generating new revenue by selling Microsoft solutions and SaaS offerings to existing partners and new prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close new revenue opportunities within an assigned partner base.
- Manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of partners.
- Drive cross‑sell, upsell and attach opportunities, especially across Microsoft solutions.
- Support partners with quoting, renewals, promotions and day‑to‑day sales execution.
- Act as the primary contact for Microsoft licensing enquiries, renewals and CSP growth motions.
- Collaborate with vendor teams and internal specialists to accelerate deals and maximise outcomes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with a customer‑first approach.
- Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through.
- Motivation to learn, grow and build a long‑term career in technology sales.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft solutions and licensing.
- Understanding of SaaS business models.
