Concrete Mini-Mixer Driver

About the role

As a Concrete Mini‑Mixer Driver based at the Fyshwick plant, you will operate a mini agitator truck to deliver pre‑mixed concrete to a variety of construction sites across the ACT and NSW. You will receive training on safe vehicle operation and concrete handling, ensuring high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily pre‑checks on the vehicle and operate the agitator truck safely.
• Manage slump tolerance levels and discharge concrete (training provided).
• Deliver concrete to customer sites and liaise with clients to maintain service standards.
• Complete basic documentation for collection and delivery of concrete.
• Communicate with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences.

Required profile

• Current HR drivers’ Manual licence and White Card.
• Strong experience driving manual trucks.
• Reliability, safety focus and team orientation.
• Interest in the concrete industry is highly regarded.
