Clinical Team Leader – Joint Reconstruction

About the role

Lead and develop the Joint Reconstruction Clinical team in Victoria, providing advanced clinical support for hip and knee procedures and driving adoption of VELYS™ robotic technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and build capability within the VIC Joint Reconstruction Clinical team.
• Optimize clinical resources to ensure strong case coverage across Victoria.
• Maintain expertise in primary and revision hip & knee reconstruction, including complex cases and VELYS™ robotics.
• Partner with surgeons, customers and the Regional Sales Manager to align resources and support business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance education and technology adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in joint reconstruction (hip & knee, primary and revision).
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing clinical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to hospitals in the Melbourne metro area.

Required skills

• Advanced clinical expertise in hip and knee reconstruction.
• Proficiency with VELYS™ Robotic‑Assisted Solution.
