Product Specialist – Wound Closure

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Wound Closure team in Melbourne to drive adoption of innovative surgical solutions. You will work directly with surgeons, clinicians and hospital stakeholders to improve patient outcomes while growing your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities across the Melbourne Metro territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams and hospital stakeholders to support product adoption.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support and in‑service training programs.
• Provide proactive account management, tender support and resolve customer challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on inventory management, training initiatives and key account development.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management experience in medical devices or pharma.
• Passionate about building effective relationships and supporting customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills.
• Ability to understand and convey scientific and medical technology concepts.
• Self‑starter with strong collaborative nature, able to work independently in the field.
