Client Success Partner

About the role

The Client Success Partner works closely with the sales team to deliver value to exhibitors and sponsors of Gartner/Evanta conferences, ensuring they are set up for success and motivated to renew and expand their partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and maximizing sponsorship components (logo, booth, registration, literature, banners) for virtual and live conferences.
• Support roughly 120 exhibitor‑clients per year across 4‑5 conferences, collaborating with operations, content, program management and marketing teams.
• Partner with the Event Sales Organization to drive satisfaction, retention and growth, and join sales calls as needed.
• Track and evaluate the client experience at each conference to improve processes and demonstrate value.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a client‑facing role.
• Strong business acumen, highly organized with attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work under pressure and travel to support onsite events (4‑6 per year).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G‑suite).
