Casual Merchandiser - Springfield/Forest Lake

About the role

Mondelēz International, which owns brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Philadelphia, Belvita, Ritz and Toblerone, is hiring a casual merchandiser for its Brisbane West area, covering stores in the Springfield / Forest Lake region. The role is casual with no fixed hours, averaging about 8 hours per week, with Wednesday availability preferred and extra hours available during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively.
• Build product displays in line with brand standards and in the pre-agreed locations.
• Use point-of-sale displays to generate shopper interest in the products.
• Ensure products are always available on shelf for shoppers to buy.
• Look for additional ways to help shoppers enjoy the products.

Required profile

• Own vehicle covered by car insurance and a valid driver's licence.
• Ability to work during school hours and close to home.
• Interest in sales, merchandising and customer service.
