About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the APAC region within the gaming and technology sectors. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with globally recognised brands on high‑impact creative campaigns while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition, and conversion performance across APAC.
- Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and technology clients.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and design customised solutions.
- Partner with internal creative, strategy, and events teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable proposals.
- Optimise CRM workflows and lead management using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology industry.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Strong track record of managing pipelines and closing deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, Mandarin or Korean a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
